The University of California, Riverside’s School of Medicine Future Physician Leaders (FPL) Program aims to engage and inform our community on various health disparities within Riverside County. The Future Physician Leaders program is a summer mentorship program for primarily college and high school students living in the Inland Southern California Region who want to fulfill a mission of service to the community and pursue a career in medicine. The nine-week summer program has four components: the Leadership Lecture Series, Community Health Project, Program Symposium, and Mentorship Program.

The purpose of a Community Health Project presentation is to raise awareness of a specific health topic and provide accessible community resources. Our group's presentation aims to inform residents of the Riverside and San Bernardino counties about various aspects of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) such as its definition and symptoms. The presentation will also connect you to resources in the Riverside and San Bernardino counties if you have ADHD or know someone who does have ADHD.

Your participation in this presentation will increase your awareness about ADHD and community resources available in the Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Whether you have a loved one with ADHD or you yourself have ADHD, we hope that you can use some of the community resources provided in our presentation.
